Billing help
Include your purchase platform and receipt reference. Apple purchases are managed through your Apple account; website purchases through ChefScribe billing. Never email passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
Privacy and account deletion
Email hello@chefscribe.com for a privacy, data-access or account-deletion request. Use the email linked to your account where possible. We may need to verify account ownership.
Creators and rights holders
For attribution, corrections or removal requests, email creators@chefscribe.com with the original video and ChefScribe recipe links.
